Short film from Instituto Multimédia in Porto is awarded in England

The short film "Livre", directed by Pedro Nogueira and Tomás Cazaux, from Instituto Multimédia (Porto), was awarded Best Film and Best Drama in the independent filmmakers category in the Harrogate Festival, in England.

"Livre" is about José, the only son of Vanessa and João, a married couple plunged in unhappiness and conflict. The film portrays the contrast between the love of the mother and the indifference of the father.

The short film "Livre" had already been awarded the "Public" and "Schools" prize in YMOTION Festival and the August Prize of the Romanian festival "12 Months Film Festival" in 2016.
