The fun stuff is returning to our lives as the pandemic is stabilized; Sea Life Porto is another of those places we could not visit, but after all International Children's Day comes with a treat or two: Sea Life will open and we can go back to visiting old friends the Humboldt penguins, Mariza the Turtle, Valentina the Skate and many more.
All is prepared, according to the necessary safety measures and procedures issued by the DGS, in the context of the new coronavirus threat, namely maximum capacity occupancy, which is now a maximum of 250 visitors at a time, and no more than 10 people in the same group. Entrance follows timetables, there are hand sanitisers in the facilities and visitors must wear face masks while inside; social distancing must also be observed.
The reopening of the famous Aquarium in Porto is also set to happen online for those who cannot or are not willing to leave the house just yet; thus, a 360o free online tour will let everyone in the "over 3.000 species and marine creatures that inhabit the aquarium".
SEA LIFE Porto reopens on June 1st, 2020. Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 11am to 6pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 11am to 7pm.
