Porto Supply Market Board of Directors wants to strengthen relations with the Municipality of Porto

The new Board of Directors of the Porto Supply Market (MAP) was welcomed at Porto City Hall by the Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira, for a courtesy visit, on 21 June.
The Board of Directors was elected on 21 may 2021 and it is chaired by Artur Jorge Basto, who took the opportunity to strengthen relations with the Municipality of Porto, as a private company of public interest that occupies an area of 12 hectares in the city. The entourage also included the members of the Board Carlos Lago, Patrícia Azevedo and Paula Almeida.
According to recent data by the Porto Supply Market (MAP), every year, circa 110 thousand tons of vegetable products enter the Supply Market, with over 45 thousand vehicles per month delivering the supplies to the 202 companies that are based in that market.
