Porto represented in the biggest Real Estate event in Europe

Porto will be present, for the second time, in the real estate investment fair Expo Real, in Munich, Germany, from 11 – 13 October.

It’s the city’s comeback to the great international fairs of investment attraction, in attendance form, considered a golden opportunity to promote the dynamic and strength of Porto real estate market, shown by the number of public and private projects that will be presented at the event.

In this edition, Porto attendance will emphasize key projects such as the renovation of Bolhão Market, the Intermodal Terminal of Campanhã, the eastern hub of the Matadouro. We also have to highlight the city’s projects for affordable housing such as Monte Pedral, Monte da Bela and Lordelo do Ouro.

Porto’s stand will be located at number 022 in B1 Pavilion, serving as a “storefront” for the city to the world.

Six more Portuguese companies will also be representing the Real Estate industry, namely: Avenue, Civilria, Lionesa Business Hub, Mota-Engil Real Estate, Predibisa Real Estate and VPM Real Estate.

In 2019, Expo Real had more than 46.500 participants from 76 countries and 2.100 exhibitors from 45 countries, covering a 72.250m2 of the fair’s global area.
