Physical fitness in the gardens of Palácio de Cristal

Under the Municipal Programme "Dias com Energia" (Days with Energy), people are invited to take up new sports such as Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi, 21 October in the gardens of Palácio de Cristal.

Classes are free and accessible to all ages. In order to participate, just show up with comfortable clothing in the following schedule:

- Pilates: from 9 to 10 am;

- Yoga: from 10 to 11 am;

- Tai chi: from 11 to 12 am.

If it rains, classes will be transferred to the Rosa Mota Pavilion.
