The Citizen's Office, Águas do Porto, Domus Social and the municipal company Porto Ambiente remain operational and with public attendance via phone or digitally.
Remote public attendance is done during normal operating hours.
Citizens in Porto are adhering to this new way of contact and responding to the City Hall's appeal to stay home, due to the contingency plan to fight the new coronavirus outbreak, declared a pandemic by the WHO.
Municipal services have readjusted and are now exclusively operating by remote service; citizens have two ways of contacting these services, via phone or digital, whose teams have been strengthened to cope with the demand.
Also, services are readjusting whenever necessary to enhance procedures to solve all situations.

It is worth highlighting that last 13th March, Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira determined that "all that can be stopped must stop, and social conviviality and gatherings must be avoided, by reducing contacts that are the contagion source to this disease".
