Morning concerts with Porta-Jazz are on at the Quintal (aka yard), on Saturdays, before curfew. Time to nourish the soul as Bernardo Tinoco and Antón Iglesias join on stage; also invited are the musicians Miguel Meirinhos and Demian Cabaud. The goal of this project is to “find a common space between different languages and approaches to music, by these four musicians”, as informed by the association.

The coming weeks, the Porta-Jazz features concerts by Stau, on 16th January, Miguel Ângelo Quarteto, on 23rd January and "Lugares" Gianni Narduzzi closes the month, on 30th January.

The concerts were scheduled to take place as evening unfolded; however, due to the mandatory curfew, the new timetable is 11am, and the performances take place in a covered outdoor space, for greater comfort for both artists and audience, at 11am.

Access is limited to space availability and although the event is free, there is a gracious suggestion of a 5 euros donation from the public and three euros from members.

Reservations are up until 10pm the previous day of the concert, on the Porta-Jazz website. Sessions are organised in compliance with all the preventive measures issued by the health authorities, namely social distancing and the use of facemasks.
