The University of Porto celebrates World Women’s Day with free online workouts. Zoom in and feel the good vibes.

The Sports Centre of the University of Porto (CDUP-UP) marks World Women’s Day with online free workout sessions, available at the Zoom platform. Cardio, GAP, buttocks, workout and Pilates are the programmed sessions for all women out there. So, find a perfect spot in your homes, grab a matt, put on comfortable clothes and shoes and let’s get physical.

“This is a physical exercise marathon exclusively designed for the feminine audience, delivering free online classes, streamed live by the UPFit training programme and coached by UP trainers”, states the UP News Portal.

“UPFit Women Open Day” kicks off at 1 pm with a cardio class and concludes at 8.05pm with a Pilates session. GAP, buttocks and workout classes are scheduled for 6 pm, 6.30 pm and 7 pm, respectively. Choose your preferred session and zoom in. See here for more information.

International Women's Day is celebrate on 8 March. It is a public holiday in some countries and largely ignored elsewhere. In some places, it is a day of protest; in others, it is a day that celebrates womanhood.
