The next two Saturdays, the Porta Jazz Association brings the two last outdoors concerts of 2020. The stage is the "Quintal Porta-Jazz", something like "Porta-Jazz backyard"; on 19th December, the WIZ trio, with the Portuguese José Pedro Coelho, on the saxophone, the French Wilfred Wilde on the electric guitar and the Spanish Iago Fernandez, on the drums, take to the stage at 11am.

The following Saturday, on 26th December, it will be time to enter the mood of Puzzle, a Portuguese band with pianist Pedro Neves, double bass João Paulo Rosado, and the drummer Miguel Sampaio. The concert is also scheduled for 11am.

Owing to the ongoing pandemic and the respective health measures in place, access is limited to space availability. Reservations are up until 22 hours prior to the concert at the Porta-Jazz webpage. There is a gracious suggestion of a 5 euros donation from the public and three euros from members.

Sessions are organised in compliance with all the preventive measures issued by the health authorities, namely social distancing and the use of facemasks.

It is worth recalling that the jazz association from Porto, Porta-Jazz is back home again, after featuring in Porto Book Fair; so, this time on weekend mornings, every Saturday at 11am, the stage takes to the yard, again, like it did last July and August, only this time the outdoor setting is covered for greater comfort for both artists and the audience.
