The objective of the “We are all Ukraine” campaign, launched by the municipalities of Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia and Matosinhos is to coordinate responses and organize demonstrations to help the Ukrainian people and not provide direct help to refugees or their families.

Both the helpline, with the number 222 090 420, and the site www.somostodosucrania.pt are exclusively intended for at areas in which the community can participate in this aid, namely: collection of goods, reception of refugee families, offers for both the job and services exchanges.

The helpline is not intended to assist with direct requests for help to Ukrainian refugees or their family members, as that is not the purpose of this campaign.

On Tuesday, the first truck carrying 12 tons of goods collected under the scope of this initiative left for the Polish-Ukrainian border.

Where to ask for direct help

Refugees and their family member, and all those in need of direct help, should seek out the institutions that are providing the necessary support for these cases.

Ukrainian citizens who want to come to Portugal (transport support), or Ukrainian citizens living in Portugal who want to know how to bring their family to Portugal should contact the National Support Center for the Integration of Northern Migrants (Centro Nacional de Apoio a Integração de Migrantes do Norte). The center is in Av. de França, Edf. Capitólio, loja 316. It is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 8pm and on Saturdays, from 9am to 5pm.
