Are you bold and timorous? Then accept the treasure hunt challenge by the Museu da Farmácia

International Day of the Family and the European Night of Museums is celebrated by the Museu da Farmácia, today, 15 May, with activities for the entire family, adults and children alike. During the day, there will be a treasure hunt and in the evening, there will be a guided tour by the history of the pharmacy.

The treasure hunt starts at 4.30 pm, this Saturday, and the challenge is here to defy the entire household in the search of a scientific treasure that is lost in the museum. Each team must include, at least, one adult and one child.

“In order to find the treasure, participants will have to follow team work and solve different mysteries through scientific experiments. As each solution is found and each step overcome, each team will be granted the necessary clues to discover the treasure”, states the Museu da Farmácia.

To celebrate the European Night of Museums, the organization will promote nocturnal guided tours. The invitation is launched for everyone to discover the museum collection, which features items from the Ancient Egypt and the Portable Pharmacies of NASA.

The challenge starts at 9 pm and has a maximum of ten people per team. Both initiatives cost six euros; participants and applications are done via the email museudafarmacia@anf.pt.
