"Design by Porto, Porto by Design" exhibition ends 23 July

"Design by Porto, Porto by Design: 4 years of design from Porto City Hall" ends on Sunday 23 August at Palácio dos Correios building.

The exhibition features the transformation of the visual communication of the municipality translated into flyers, mupis, urban billboards and catalogues. 

The brand "Porto." has gained international recognition since inception and has been distinguished with several awards, culminating in the unprecedented role of implementing the European Design Awards in Porto.

The city played host to the ED Awards event, which has set Porto apart as a centre for design and boosted the creation of Porto Design Biennale.

As Demetrios Fakinos, EDA Director said: "Porto understood the importance of design."

"Design by Porto, Porto by Design: 4 years of design from Porto City Hall" is on show until Sunday, 23 July at Palácio dos Correios, between 10 am and 6 pm, entrance is free.
