The Municipal Theatre of Porto premieres the production "Ah/Ha", by the Belgian choreographer Lisbeth Gruwez.

The laughing body is the core of this Voetvolk production where five bodies meet at a locale without a name. They slowly clash one another and coalesce in one of the most expressive manifestations of humankind: laughter. The result is an encounter that becomes a dangerous feast of shared ecstacy.

"Ah / Ha" is a meditation on the physicality moved by a force that, in the words of the critic Agnès Izrine, "gives it a double blind effect", requiring an absolute mastery of gesture and emotion to enhance what appears to escape the body's will.

After the show, Nair Silva, laughter therapist, shares her work experience with the public.
