The Sport Club do Porto has a new nautical station in the Freixo Marina. The facilities opened last Saturday and the ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira and the councillor for Youth and Sports of the Municipality of Porto, Catarina Araújo, upon invitation by the president of the centennial club of the city, Paulo Barros Vale.

There are several activities to suit your liking and choice, such as Pilates, Yoga, tai chi, De Rose Method and Walks in Porto’s lovely green spaces. Apply until Friday to you chosen activity.

This Saturday and Sunday exercising takes place en plein air! Activities such as Pilates, Yoga, Tai chi and the Rose Method will take to the public parks in the city. Participation is free, but prior registration is mandatory.

The Portuguese League for Professional Football presented the Prestigious Award to the City Hall of Porto during the event that marked the starting up of the new football season. This prize distinguishes an entity for its contribution to football.

The municipal company Ágora set up the Beach Stadium, nearby the Edifício Transparente, one year after the last competition. The site will be the stage of a vast set of sports events, namely handball, football, foot volley and beach tennis, until the end of August. This weekend kicks off with another edition of Porto Beach Rugby.

The 22 edition of the international tournament that is part of the ATP Challenger Tour and that saw the male competition elevate to ATP Challenger 80 status, will host both experienced tennis players and emerging talents competing at the Monte Aventino Sports Complex. Porto Open 2021 runs until 4 July.
