Sunday, 6th September, is also the day to enjoy circus arts at Porto Book Fair, under the Trengolas initiative, and that will be a barrel of fun. Starting at 5pm, the "Trengos à Solta" of the Companhia Erva Daninha, make sure that everyone can have a laugh near the "Ilha", the structure inside the lake, next to Super Bock - Pavilhão Rosa Mota, which is prepared to host literature events, as well.

The Gardens at Palácio de Cristal also offer the performances "À espera que caia", featuring Ariana Silva; "Hilo", by Mafalda Gonçalves and "Parasitando", with Pedro Matias.

This year, Porto welcomes Festival Trengo in a different format than usual, as the Trengolas kicks off on 28th August, featuring 20 performances devoted to circus arts, which are also included in this year's Porto Book Fair and in the programming of Porto Municipal Theatre.

The Trengolas initiative kicked off on 28th August and runs till 19th September in three iconic venues in Porto, namely the Park of São Roque, the Gardens of Palácio de Cristal and Praça de D. João I.

Trengo is a project by company Erva Daninha, jointly produced with the City Hall, through Ágora and Porto Municipal Theatre, and supported by the Directorate-General for Arts.
