Transavia France, the low cost airliner of the Air France/KLM Group will include Porto Airport in its recovery route plans, starting 15th June.

"Starting 15th June, Air France-KLM low cost airliner Transavia resumes its first flights to Portugal (Faro, Lisboa and Porto) from Lyon and Nantes and, as of 26th June, from Paris-Orly and Montpellier", reads the statement by the airliner.

Moreover, the airliner also states that the recovery of flight operations is dependent on the "lifting of restrictions imposed by countries and by passengers demand"; thus, the resuming of flight operation depends on the evolution of the pandemic in each country", asserts Publituris site.

Flight operations are starting at 25% and all sanitation measures are taken to ensure both staff and passenger safety, under the ongoing pandemic, namely temperature control, social distancing measures, mandatory face masks from the age of 11 years, sanitation gel and the regular disinfection of surfaces and equipment, in joint coordination with Vinci Airports, through ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal.
