The São João Feast will not take place this year. See you next year!

Due to the current covid-19 pandemic, Porto City Hall will not hold the traditional São João celebrations, in which millions of people take part, as it poses a potential risk to public health.

This is for sure a sad news but it is the right thing to do, especially when there are so many uncertainties regarding this disease. The prudent thing to do is to reduce the spread of the disease.

All programming scheduled for this occasion, namely concerts entertainment activities are therefore cancelled and the respective sums will be allocated to efforts by the Municipality of Porto to fight this pandemic.
