The cycle of Inaugurações Simultâneas [Simultaneous Openings] at Miguel Bombarda District is back on 18th January. As of 4 pm, and until 8pm, 15 galleries open doors and welcome everyone to experience art in person. Exhibits will be on show till 7 March.

This will be the first of six cycles in 2020 and, as usual, expect no less than lots of fun, cultural encounters and massive entertainment.

This new decade also marks a turning point in the cycle's image, with a new official poster of the first edition of Inaugurações Simultâneas, a creation by the designer and artistic director Joana Machado, of Colönia Studio.

Between 4pm and 8pm, music and dance are all around the arts district, with lindy hoppers, Deejay Joe, the dance academies Bota Swing and Hop Dance Studio, coordinated by Josie Georgia Productions and support by "Sabores do Sebouh".

Also, next to the "Porto." stand, the Openbox cultural association enlivens the afternoon with DJ music, communication designer Catarina Gomes, who will deliver a workshop on illustration themed "massajar a imaginação" ["Massaging the Imangination", free translation], and visual artist, Helena Rocio Janeiro who will develop the workshop on collages "Corta e Cola Existencial" "Existential Cut and Paste", free translation].

Also, the guided tours are back to the 15 galleries that simultaneously open doors, with exhibits on contemporary art.

Participation is free, but prior registration is mandatory:

- Starting Point: Stand "Porto.";

- Timetables: 4pm-5pm (SOLD OUT) and 5.30pm-6.30pm;

- Each tour has a maximum of 15 participants;
