Porto Vivo, SRU determines full rental-exemption to commercial tenants

The municipal company Porto Vivo, SRU implemented, as an immediate measure, the full exemption of rentals by tenants of commercial buildings and service operation areas as a support for any losses that directly result from the obligation to close doors.

This measure was approved in the scope of the restriction measures to fight the Covid-19 pandemic and it will be in place till 30th June 2020.

This was approved by the Municipal Executive to support families and social and economic agents; also, there is also the approval of a strategic policy to municipal companies to adopt similar measures in the fields of their competences.
