By the end of the competition, all participants to the EDP Virtual Porto Marathon are awarded a dorsal race wear and a free digital participation certificate, and also a celebratory medal that can be picked up later at a Loja do Corredor or it can be emailed to the participant's address.

Despite the goal of the event is not competitiveness, the race results will be made public by the event organization at the EDP Maratona do Porto website. As such, each runner must send their results to the email email geral@runporto.com, of Runporto.

Registration in the 42 km marathon costs 9€ and the Fun Race costs 6€. Out of these amounts, 5€ fall to the Food Emergency Aid network, established by the Food Bank to help those in need.

In addition, participants can also add Basket Foods to their application that will be offered to vulnerable families, supported by the Food Bank initiative. There are three types of Food Baskets available: the Small Basket (10€), the Medium Basket (15€) and the Family Basket (20€).
